1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

"COP SECURITY POLSKA" guarantees free-of-charge support of faults and damages stemming from the manufacturer's responsibility:

1.1. 24 months from date of purchase in the case of COP SECURITY products, not including IR cameras, IR illuminators, monitors, turning devices, car kits, as well as DVRs, all of which are supplied with a 12 month guarantee.

1.2. 5 years from the date of purchase in the case of sensors used in WIZMART detectors (detectors are supplied with a 12 month guarantee)

1.3. 24 months from the date of purchase in the case of AEI keypads

The buyer shall deliver the faulty equipment to the Central Service Point located in Warsaw. The equipment to be repaired shall be delivered together with a filled in warranty card and the original bill of purchase.

2. TERMS OF WARRANTY

2.1. The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase (not including products listed in articles 1.1.-1.2.). If a given product shall become faulty within this period, "COP SECURITY POLSKA" shall repair or replace it free-of-charge within 14 days of receiving the product.

2.2. If, for reasons independent of "COP SECURITY POLSKA", repairs demand a longer period of time, the above period shall be adapted appropriately. However, the technical support team shall undertake all due diligence to repair the faults in the shortest possible period.

2.3. The customer shall deliver the equipment for repair to the Central Support Point. At the discretion of the customer, the store distributing the product shall deliver it to the Central Service Point and collect it after repairs are conducted. The 14 day repair period shall be prolonged by the time necessary for delivery and collection from the repair point.

2.4. The customer shall deliver the equipment in its original factory packaging or other packaging suitable to secure the equipment from damage.

2.5. The warranty period shall be prolonged by the period lasting from the delivery and until the issuing of the damaged equipment.

2.6. Warranty repairs do not include tasks described in the user's manual (e.g. everyday maintenance), to which the user is obliged in his own scope and costs.

2.7. The warranty does not cover:
a) mechanical equipment damage caused by the user and any resulting faults;
b) faults resulting from:
- improper or incorrect usage (as stated in user's manual), maintenance, or storage;
- improper or incorrect installation (as stated in user's manual)
- unauthorized repairs, alterations and changes by user or other unauthorized persons.

Please be aware that most problems may be resolved via telephone consultation. As such, please contact our technicians before delivering your equipment for repairs.
